As a Strategy Generalist - Associate, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer experiences by analyzing client needs and developing customer-centric solutions. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will focus on customer-related strategies and initiatives, offering guidance and support to help clients drive business growth. As an Associate, you will contribute to client engagements and projects, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will analyze customer touchpoints, design customer journey maps, and offer guidance to create seamless and personalized experiences that drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy. You will be expected to adapt to working with a variety of clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges and scope. Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to develop customer-centric solutions that enhance customer experience
- Designing customer journey maps to create seamless and personalized experiences
- Supporting clients in implementing strategies that drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy
- Gathering and interpreting data from various sources to identify patterns and insights
- Collaborating with team members to deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Adapting to diverse client needs and project scopes to provide effective solutions
- Applying business process improvement techniques to optimize customer engagement
- Managing customer data to improve customer relationship management and retention
- Utilizing customer segmentation and trend analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Developing commercial awareness to understand business operations and client objectives

What You Must Have

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
- At least 1-3 years of experience in strategy, corporate strategy, business analysis, or transformation roles. 

- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; comfort working with quantitative and qualitative data; knowledge in SQL, Tableau, Power BI (nice to have)

- Industry exposure in Financial Services, Technology, Health, Media, Consumer, Energy.

- Oral and written proficiency in English required
