Job Description Summary

Strategic Customer Support Representative Sunbelt’s Strategic Customer Support Representative is equipped for success so we can make it happen for our customers. The Strategic Customer Support Rep, Flooring, will be empowered to serve as a point of contact for our Flooring customers. It will be your priority to understand the customer's needs, provide equipment rental solutions via customer work order management systems. The primary goals of this position are to maximize sales revenue and to exceed the expectations of our customers by providing exceptional customer service. Success will be measured by your ability to help support the achievement of the business goals. You share accountability and play an integral role in driving sales, ensuring positive customer experience, achieving operational excellence and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. Education or experience that prepares you for success: 2+ years of experience in a customer service role required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities you may rely on: Learning new software systems (Wynne, Accelerate, etc.) MS Office Suite (including Excel) Wynne (AS400) Work order management platforms Equipment rental Supply chain Safety is key to our culture: The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job. Base Pay Range: $17.75 - 23.72
