What does this position do?
The Stock Lead is responsible for a clean and organized stock room while supporting the sales floor by ensuring effective replenishment practices are in place. In addition, the Stock Lead responsibilities include:
- Supporting the team with all back-of-house related functions
- Ensuring the product is easily located, neat, and organized at all times
- Planning and scheduling all incoming and outbound shipments
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
- Adhere to all company policies, practices, and safety standards
What are the Skills and Qualifications?
- 2+ years of retail experience preferred
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong time management skills and detail-oriented
- Flexibility to work both evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects of at least 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
