Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is looking for a Stewarding Supervisor who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha.

The Stewarding Supervisor reports to the Executive Steward & Assistant Executive Steward. This role is responsible for leading the daily operation of the stewarding department and the employee cafeteria. The Supervisor is accountable for the cleanliness, sanitation, and readiness of all china, glassware, silver, operating equipment, kitchen production areas, and employee dining facilities, and is equally accountable for the training, development, engagement, and daily performance of every attendant on shift.

What you will do:

• Conduct a documented pre-shift line-up at the start of every shift
• Supervise and participate in the cleaning and sanitizing of china, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment to Four Seasons standard.
• Deliver and document task-specific training for every new steward & cafeteria attendant.
• Oversee daily cafeteria setup, replenishment, service flow, breakdown, and sanitation.
• Monitor food temperatures, holding times, labeling, and rotation in partnership with the Culinary team, and record all required logs.
• Enforce safe handling, labeling, and storage of all cleaning compounds and chemicals, and confirm SDS access and proper PPE use on every shift.

What you bring:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years or more of stewarding, kitchen or food service experience.
• 1-2 years of more in a supervisor or lead role preferred.
• Luxury hotel or resort experience is not required but preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan assignments, sequence work, and adjust to changing business volume.
