What the role entails!

• Launch with Built-In Infrastructure: Collaborate with our team using our pre-built guidelines, handbooks, and clinical operations frameworks to get your practice up and running seamlessly.

• Hassle-Free Billing & Payor Management: Partner directly with our insurance experts to handle billing, clear payor requirements, and meet submission deadlines—so you actually get paid on time without the administrative headaches.

• Lead & Mentor Your Clinical Team: Provide impactful field and virtual supervision for Behavior Technicians, delivering real-time feedback and training to ensure top-tier ABA intervention delivery.

• Deliver Meticulous, Evidence-Based Care: Conduct functional assessments, craft progress reports, and continuously adapt treatment plans grounded in the latest research findings.

• Empower Families & Caregivers: Collaborate directly with families to design customized behavior support strategies and deliver hands-on intervention training to parents and staff alike.

  Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Ed, Psychology, or Related Field

• Valid BCBA Certification.

• Applicable licensure to practice within the state hired.

• Minimum three years experience in ABA, with supervisory roles preferred.

• Strong leadership skills.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
