What this job involves

We're looking for a senior engineer to take ownership of complex technical challenges on the Corrigo Platform. Corrigo delivers a single, powerful CMMS uniting your operations, asset & work order management, maintenance, and analytics to deliver smarter facilities management. Corrigo is one of the leading CMMS enterprise solutions in the world with a client base of about 4 million users with over 2 million locations, with hundreds of millions of assets connected through Corrigo platform.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in SaaS/PaaS products, a strong ability to drive technical direction within a team, and a track record of delivering complex features end-to-end. This role will play a critical part in the ongoing platform modernization and industry transformation journey.

As a Senior Software Engineer at JLL Technologies, you will:

• Partner with Product and Architecture to define the technical approach for complex features; challenge requirements when a better design exists
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-component features — from design through testing, deployment, and post-release health
• Lead code reviews and set quality standards for the team; provide substantive, constructive feedback
• Troubleshoot and resolve cross-system production issues; identify systemic root causes and drive remediation beyond the immediate fix
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools (code generation, automated testing, code analysis) to improve code quality and delivery speed
• Produce and own technical design documents for significant features or architectural changes
• Actively mentor P2/P3 engineers; identify skill gaps and close them through pairing, review, and direct feedback
• Drive engineering best practices and contribute to platform modernization efforts

Sounds like you? What we are looking for:

Critical skills:

• At least a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years of professional experience developing SaaS/PaaS products
• Expertise in both frontend and backend development, or deep expertise in one with strong working knowledge of the other
• Experience with .NET Framework / .NET 8 / .NET10— you will design and own significant portions of a .NET-based platform
• Experience with ASP.NET Core MVC
• API design and development of RESTful web services
• Experience with distributed applications, service-oriented architecture, caching, and related concepts
• Experience with asynchronous processing, queues, topics, and related technologies
• Understanding business requirements and providing sound technical designs and solutions while leveraging critical thinking
• Experience with design and development on relational databases
• Working knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure preferred)
• Working knowledge of DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Active experience using AI-powered development tools (e.g. AI code generation, code review assistance, automated testing, AI-driven analysis) and the ability to evaluate and adopt new AI tools to improve software development workflows
• Demonstrated mentorship or technical leadership of junior engineers
• Ability to produce technical design documents and make architectural trade-offs (build vs. buy, sync vs. async, service boundaries)

Desirable skills:

• Experience leading or contributing to platform modernization efforts
• Experience with ORM frameworks (Entity Framework, NHibernate)
• Experience with the cloud ecosystem — Azure, NoSQL databases, Elasticsearch
• Experience building and maintaining distributed applications using Kubernetes + Docker
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular)
• Familiarity with observability tooling (logging, tracing, alerting at scale)
• Track record of reducing tech debt systematically, not just reactively
• Experience with agile methodologies
