  • Build accessible digital experiences aligned with WCAG 2.1 AA standards

  • Apply secure development practices aligned with OWASP Top 10 and enterprise security standards

  • Implement application observability using OpenTelemetry, OTLP, and structured logging

  • Maintain high engineering quality through modern tooling including Oxlint, Oxfmt, and React Compiler

  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, solution design, and PR-based engineering collaboration

  • Strong experience with Next.js App Router, including layouts, loading states, routing, Server Components, Client Components, server actions and/or server-side data fetching

  • Good understanding of React Server Components (RSC) and the ability to determine when server-side versus client-side components should be used

  • Experience developing applications using TypeScript in strict mode

  • Experience working within monorepo architectures, preferably using Turborepo, pnpm workspaces, shared packages, and reusable libraries

  • Strong automated testing experience using tools such as Vitest, React Testing Library, and Playwright

  • Experience with frontend state and data-management approaches such as Zustand, SWR, URL-based state, and server-first patterns

  • Experience building reusable UI components using CSS/SCSS Modules and enterprise design systems

  • Strong understanding of web accessibility and WCAG 2.1 AA standards

  • Understanding of secure coding practices and OWASP Top 10
