Role Purpose
Lead civil, structural, and architectural design and construction for semiconductor buildings and supporting structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee site civil works, foundations, structural steel, seismic design, architectural finishes, and building envelopes.
• Ensure compliance with Japan Building Standards Act, seismic codes, fire codes, and permitting processes.
• Review structural calculations, construction sequencing, and QC documentation.
• Coordinate interfaces with utilities, process systems, and tool installation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above or equivalent working experience
• 8+ years in CSA engineering in Japan.
• Expertise in seismic design and large industrial facility structural requirements.
• Japanese language required, English beneficial.

Requirement: Must have construction experience in Japan.
