Job Summary

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, Axiom, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Staff Firmware Engineer located in Shenzhen.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• 本科及以上学位，电子/电气工程或相关专业
• 5年以上大功率电源固件开发工作经验
• 积极主动、高效能
• 电气工程专业的优秀硕士应届生也可接受
• 具备基于DSC和MCU的嵌入式编程知识
• 熟悉大功率电源常见拓扑，如单相PFC,三相PFC,LLC 等。
• 理解常用的DSP架构，如C2000、DsPIC,MC56FXXX,STM32GXXX等
• 精通C语言编程
• 具备电源拓扑、控制和设计方面的知识
• 具备实时嵌入式系统设计方面的知识

优先考虑：

• 拥有数字信号处理的各种技能，熟练使用MATLAB,PLECS 建立开关电源控制仿真模型。
• 开发相关的演示、测试或者验证软件（如简单的用户图形界面开发）
