Job summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Senior Manager to join our growing FP&A department at Integrity Marketing Group. The FP&A Senior Manager will be part of the Shared Services FP&A team and will lead all aspects of financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and consolidated management reporting for key businesses in our Health division for Integrity Marketing Group.


Let’s talk job responsibilities:

  • Manage and train a team of FP&A Analysts supporting the Health Insurance Business Units, while fostering high performance.
  • Own revenue forecasting as a core focus of this role for the Health division’s business units, including building and maintaining revenue models, monitoring key revenue drivers and trends, and partnering with business unit leaders to ensure forecast accuracy.
  • Assist the FP&A Senior Director in leading core financial processes related to Forecasting, Budgeting, Long Range Planning, Financial Reporting and Analysis. Own the implementation of the planning process, milestones and consolidation of data.·        Produce KPI reporting and root cause trends in KPIs.
  • Maintain, enhance, and contribute to continuous improvement of the FP&A reporting & modelling tool, OneStream.
  • Provide financial and strategic support to senior management and business unit leadership, including preparing financial presentations and other projects.
  • Support executive reporting and the related period-end discussions with business leaders·        Work cross-functionally with the:
    • Accounting team on variance analysis and monthly reporting.
    • Business Intelligence & Analytics team on revenue modelling, KPIs, metrics and other business drivers.
    • People and Culture teams on headcount metrics, compensation & benefits analysis, and workforce planning.
    • Department leaders on annual planning and forecasting
  • Develop business cases, scenario analyses, and financial models, as needed
  • Contribute to initiatives to define and improve planning processes, drive automation, and streamline deliverables.
  • Compare actual results with forecasts/annual operating plans to analyze and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Perform ad-hoc business analysis for leadership team to further inform business decisions.


Your experience and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Economics.
  • 7+ years of experience in FP&A, or similar field.
  • 4+ years of demonstratable experience managing and leading high functioning teams
  • Experience preferences:
    • Industry/functional experience:
      • Strong understanding of Medicare Advantage strongly preferred.
      • Broader experience with Medicare, Medicare Supplement (Med Supp), or ACA is also valued.
      • Understanding of distribution within the health insurance industry, including the role brokers and agents play in driving business, strongly preferred.o
    • Technical
      • Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills with high attention to detail.
      • Comprehensive knowledge of accounting and finance concepts as well as ERP systems.
      • High proficiency with MS Excel to work efficiently with large amounts of data with multiple sources. 
      • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion and Enterprise Performance Management platform is a plus.
      • Proficiency with BI tools, such as Power BI and Tableau.
      • Experience with SQL preferred but not required.o

      • Strong leadership abilities, with experience in coaching and developing a team of financial professionals.
      • Exceptional emotional intelligence coupled with a profound enthusiasm for instructing and mentoring individuals.
  • Ability to work in-office full time.
