Senior Manager, Business Operations & Analytics
Role summary
We're looking for a Senior Manager, Business Operations & Analytics to lead the Business Operations and Analytics function for Payoneer's Working Capital business unit. Reporting directly to the GM of Working Capital, this role will lead a team of Business Operations professionals and Business Analysts, driving business planning, operational excellence, performance management, analytics, automation, and cross-functional execution across the Working Capital business unit.
This is a highly cross-functional leadership role operating at the intersection of business strategy, operations, analytics, risk, product, and go-to-market execution. The ideal candidate combines strong business judgment, analytical rigor, operational excellence, and people leadership with a hands-on, data-driven approach. They should be comfortable rolling up their sleeves to analyze data, solve complex business problems, improve processes, and provide technical guidance to Business Operations professionals and Business Analysts, while translating strategic priorities into scalable execution and measurable business outcomes.

What you’ll do
- Lead, coach, and develop the Business Operations & Analytics team, providing both managerial and professional leadership. Set clear priorities, establish operating rhythms, and foster a high-performance culture that supports the evolving needs of the Working Capital business unit.
- Act as a hands-on leader by driving complex discovery efforts, translating business needs into clear analytical and operational requirements, and personally leading high-priority strategic initiatives end-to-end when speed, complexity, or business priority requires direct ownership.
- Own the business planning and operating cadence of the Working Capital business unit, including planning cycles, KPI management, governance forums, prioritization, and executive follow-up to ensure alignment and execution against business objectives.
- Partner with the GM of Working Capital and stakeholders across Risk, Data, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to translate strategy into execution plans.
- Build scalable processes, governance routines, dashboards, reporting frameworks, and operational playbooks that support business growth and decision-making.
- Lead the Business Analytics function, ensuring timely, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across business performance, customer behavior, portfolio health, growth, and operational excellence.
- Drive operational excellence by identifying opportunities to simplify, automate, and optimize business processes, leveraging AI and modern technologies to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enable scalable growth.
Who you are
- 7+ years of experience in Business Operations, Business Analytics, or a similar business leadership role, with at least 3 years of people management experience.
- A hands-on leader with strong business acumen and analytical capabilities, able to translate complex business challenges into data-driven insights and executable business plans.
- Proven experience leading business planning, performance management, and cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and align diverse teams toward shared business objectives.
- Experience driving operational excellence through process optimization, automation, and the adoption of AI-powered solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.
- High ownership with a structured, data-driven approach to problem solving, strong attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.
