Role Summary:

• Work closely with supervisors, managers, employee committees, unions, and other stakeholders to promote a positive and productive work environment.

• Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on various employee relations matters.

• Responsible for conducting investigations into complaints or disputes, representing the organization in negotiations or consultations with unions or employee representatives, and organizing employee engagement activities.

Job Responsibility:

• Liaise with Labor Union, government officials and Legal Counsel to proactively address possible labor issues and promote strong partnership

• Coordinates with external law firm when having any labor litigation case

• Consults supervisors and managers to effectively manage and solve labor issues

• Ensure and implement HR policies and Procedures to ensure legal, and Responsibility Business Alliance Guidelines and customer requirements

• Handel employee relations issues, conduct investigation and Disciplinary action

• Fostering positive relations between management and employee

• Lead Employee Engagement Activity and  Company Communication Chanel

• Grievance Management

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or above in any field  or equivalent experience

• 3-5 years of experience in employee relations in a manufacturing companies which have 1,000 employees

• Problem-solving ability

• Communication Skill

• Negotiation Skill

• Outstanding interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated knowledge of employment law

• Solid understanding of Union Management  

• Background in Investigation and Disciplinary Action

• Background in Company Event Management

• Background in Grievance Management  

• Background in Company Communication   

• RBA Audit is preferred

• Good English Skill

• Good at Excel
