We're looking for a smart, self-driven professional who thrives in a high-visibility position reporting to senior executives. As the Senior Business Analyst for Online Sales, you'll partner with leaders across Sales and Marketing, using behavioral data and digital analytics to drive insights and business action.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

• You'll support our online sales strategy — what we sell, how we sell it, and at what price. Using data and analytics, you'll help shape pricing page layouts, plan mix, and checkout flows, delivering data-driven recommendations that help the Online Sales team optimize the full funnel.

• You'll test your recommendations, not just make them. As you uncover problem areas and opportunities, you'll implement and measure A/B tests regularly — leveraging full-funnel data from multiple sources, building measurement frameworks, and using statistical tools to determine whether tests succeed.

• You’ll keep Box leadership informed - Executive dashboard creation, KPI monitoring and readouts with leadership, focusing on revenue and growth, will let you steer the performance of ecommerce, keeping the business informed and enabling the right decisions.

• You'll be an owner. This is a senior role that comes with real autonomy — you'll be trusted to drive your work independently. At the same time, you'll have strong support to set you up for success, along with the opportunity to grow and take ownership of high-impact relationships across the business.

WHO YOU ARE

• A business thought partner, not just an analyst: You have a proven track record of turning data into insights, recommendations, and strategy that move the business forward.

• A strong analytics skill set: 3+ years in an analytics role, with deep experience in SQL, data visualization (Tableau, Looker, or similar), and querying cloud data warehouses like BigQuery or Snowflake. Experience with digital analytics platforms like Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics is a plus.

• Real ecommerce experience: Hands-on experience with ecommerce strategy and data — pricing and product-market-fit strategy, product mix, funnel optimization, and post-purchase behavior, including feature usage and how it relates to retention and upsell. Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Amplitude, and Pendo is a plus.

• Testing experience: A track record of identifying opportunities, building testing frameworks across multiple data sources, measuring results to statistical significance, and reporting findings to leadership.

• Agility & autonomy: You’re a problem solver, a collaborator, you know how to get the job done, and you know when to ask for help. Experience in AI tools like Cursor to expedite your work is a plus.

• Effective communication: You communicate confidently across audiences, from web engineers to fellow analysts to executive leadership.
