The Sr. Analyst, Reporting & Decision Support (RDS), partners with business stakeholders to deliver reporting, analytics, and actionable insights that enable data-driven decision making. This role is responsible for gathering business requirements, integrating and validating data from multiple sources, developing scalable reporting solutions, performing advanced analysis, and communicating meaningful insights to leadership. The Sr. Analyst also identifies opportunities to improve reporting processes, automate workflows, and enhance data quality while serving as a subject matter expert for analytics initiatives.

** This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in the office) and will be based in Overland Park, KS. **

Job Responsibilities:

• Reporting & Analytics Solutions: Design, develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions that support operational and strategic decision making.
• Business Partnership & Requirements: Partner with business stakeholders tounderstand reporting needs, prioritize work, define requirements, and ensuredelivered solutions meet business objectives.
• Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze complex data from multiple sources toidentify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations forleadership.
• Data Management & Quality: Integrate, validate, and monitor data frommultiple enterprise sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability ofreporting assets.
• Process Improvement & Automation: Identify opportunities to improvereporting processes, automate recurring work, enhance data architecture, andincrease operational efficiency.
• Advanced Analytics & Modeling: Apply quantitative analysis, statisticaltechniques, and predictive methods, where appropriate, to solve businessproblems and improve decision making.
• Knowledge Sharing & Mentorship: Serve as a subject matter expert, mentorjunior analysts, document solutions, and promote analytics best practicesacross the team.

Education and Work Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
• 3 years experience developing reporting and analytics solutions in a business environment.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable reporting solutions.
• Experience analyzing large and complex datasets to support strategic decision making.
• Experience integrating data from multiple enterprise data sources.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality analytical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working cross-functionally with business and technical stakeholders.

Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $78,210 - $141,020

National Base Pay Range: $71,100 - $128,200

The Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity represents the expected total cash compensation for this role at target performance, combining base salary and annual incentive opportunity. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on individual and/or company performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
