Você fornecerá a previsão de médio a longo prazo (9 a 12 meses) dos requisitos de material para fornecedores e atividades relacionadas aos requisitos de médio e longo prazo para fornecedores/materiais atribuídos em toda a região. Você também controla a posição de cobertura do contrato e eleva quaisquer novas requisições para compras e identifica riscos e oportunidades nos planos de fornecimento de material a médio prazo e conduz o diálogo e a escalação.  

Como você contribuirá

Você irá: 

• Desenvolver planejamento de materiais de curto e longo prazo para itens produzidos interna e externamente
• Conhecer seus KPIs, incluindo (mas não limitado a) níveis de estoque bruto/pacote, conformidade com o cronograma (CTS), baixa de material
• Executar análise de causa raiz para melhoria contínua do plano
• Manter a integridade dos dados e informações do sistema para o planejamento de suprimentos/materiais
• Fazer parceria com compras para otimização de material
• Fornecer suporte e implementar melhorias na área de planejamento para melhorar a taxa de preenchimento do cliente, as metas de estoque e a redução de desperdícios para atender aos KPIs da empresa

Key Responsibilities

• Operational sustainment, performance management, and continuous improvement of MRP and PPDS modules within the S4 planning platform across the LA region
• System stability through proactive monitoring
• Simple issue resolution
• Structured escalation of complex problems
• Maintaining master data integrity for critical planning parameters (BOD lanes, storage requirements, shelf life, among others)
• Leads the Regional Key-user community
• Drives onboarding and training on tool updates and its upgrades
• Serves as the technical bridge between business users and the MDS team for S4 new developments
• KPI Management: BUs NR and Volume | Touchless Planning Adoption Rate | LA Inventory | Data Quality Score — LA score

Hard Skills

• S4 Platform Technical Knowledge (MRP/PPDS modules) — Expert
• Cross-Database Reporting & Solution Design — Advanced
• Database Performance Optimization (large-size data models) — Advanced
• Visualization Tools Proficiency (Power BI, SAC, Tableau) + Backend Database Techniques — Intermediate
• Proficiency in S4 platform (or equivalent)
• Strong SQL skills
• Proficiency in Power BI, SAC, and/or Tableau
• Familiarity with master data governance frameworks
• Solid understanding of MRP logic
• PPDS scheduling
• Supply chain planning processes
• Planning parameters: BOD lanes, storage requirements, shelf life, safety stock methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Strong experience in supply chain planning systems administration or planning tools
• Preferred strong experience with direct exposure to MRP/PPDS processes and planning platform sustainment

Soft Skills

• Stakeholder Management & Training Delivery — Advanced
• Cross-functional leadership of the Regional Key-user community across multiple stakeholder groups
• Experience with change management and user training in a technology adoption context
