About the Job
As a Sr. Analyst, Global Strategic Sourcing (Marketing), you will provide the analytical, operational, and project management support behind Levi Strauss & Co.'s global Marketing sourcing strategy. Partnering closely with the Marketing category management team, you will turn spend, supplier, and market data into actionable insights, support sourcing initiatives across Media, Creative & Other Agencies, Production, and Market Research, and help ensure accurate value tracking, compliance, and supplier information across LS&Co. systems.
You will contribute to the delivery of annual value targets through high-quality analysis, reporting, and project execution that enable informed sourcing decisions across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze global Marketing spend, supplier performance, and savings initiatives, translating findings into executive-ready reports, insights, and recommendations.
- Support end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFx development, bid analysis, supplier communication, e-auction administration, and contract coordination.
- Develop ROI models, cost benchmarks, and scenario analyses to support sourcing and negotiation strategies.
- Monitor category KPIs, savings performance, and sourcing pipelines, proactively identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Manage project timelines, status tracking, and stakeholder communications within the Global Strategic Sourcing project management framework.
- Maintain accurate value tracking, compliance, and supplier data while ensuring adherence to sourcing policies and contracting processes.
- Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Legal stakeholders to build business cases, identify value creation opportunities, and resolve operational challenges.
- Support supplier management activities, including onboarding, performance reporting, and preparation for quarterly business reviews.
- Create and maintain process documentation and continuously identify opportunities to improve sourcing effectiveness and efficiency.
- Utilize procurement and sourcing technologies, including spend management, RFx, e-auction, contract lifecycle management, and project tracking tools, while leveraging AI to enhance productivity and analytical capabilities.
About You
- 4+ years of experience in analytics, project management, procurement, or strategic sourcing.
- Experience supporting sourcing events, supplier onboarding, contract administration, and reporting activities.
- Exposure to Marketing procurement categories such as Media, Creative Agencies, Production, or Market Research is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel expertise, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data validation.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint with the ability to transform complex data into clear and compelling executive-level presentations.
- Understanding of strategic sourcing methodologies, procurement processes, compliance requirements, and cost analysis techniques.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across functions, cultures, and geographies.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and confidence to escalate issues when appropriate.
- Experience driving process improvements and supporting business transformation initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
This is a hybrid position based in our Warsaw office. You will be expected to be in the office three days per week, though time in office may vary depending on business needs.
The expected salary range for this role is PLN 154,500–205,300 gross per year. The amount an employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance, and our needs. Salary ranges may vary by location and currency. Where roles are advertised across multiple locations, local ranges will apply.
