What You'll Do

  • Prepare and manage country-specific contract templates, site agreements, amendments, and related study documentation.
  • Lead negotiations of contract terms and site budgets to support timely study start-up and execution.
  • Partner with clinical sites, sponsors, legal, regulatory, data privacy, and study teams to resolve contract-related issues and drive agreement finalization.
  • Track negotiation progress, maintain accurate contract status updates, and provide visibility into planned timelines and milestones.
  • Escalate risks, non-standard requests, and negotiation challenges to appropriate stakeholders for resolution.
  • Review contracts and associated documents for accuracy, completeness, compliance, and quality before execution.
  • Coordinate contract translations and ensure country-specific requirements are incorporated into site agreements when needed.
  • Facilitate contract execution and distribution of fully executed agreements to sites, sponsors, study teams, and internal systems.
  • Support amendment, termination, donation, and other contract-related documentation throughout the contract lifecycle.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Life Sciences, or a related field, with 1-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, clinical research, CRO, investigator/site contracts, or related legal field.
  • Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience negotiating site contracts, budgets, and contract language with clinical research sites or related stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, clinical trial regulations, and applicable local regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret contract terms, identify risks, and develop practical solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and perform effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with familiarity with contract management systems and tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, regulatory, and clinical operations partners.
