The Position

The Specialist, Model Casting & Booking supports the delivery of model casting and booking for global TOMMY HILFIGER marketing initiatives.

Working closely with the Casting Lead, Production, and Creative teams, the Specialist manages key parts of the casting and booking process, including model research, agency outreach, availability and rate checks, bookings, contracts, usage rights, scheduling, and production logistics.

The role acts as a key day-to-day contact for model agencies, ensuring bookings and related documentation are managed accurately and efficiently. The Specialist also contributes to casting research and recommendations, bringing strong awareness of the model landscape, fashion, and culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage model booking activities across global campaigns and productions.

• Research and recommend models based on creative briefs and casting direction.

• Develop casting decks, model shortlists, and presentation materials.

• Liaise directly with model agencies regarding availability, rates, usage, and booking requirements.

• Coordinate booking confirmations, contracts, releases, and required documentation with Production and Legal.

• Maintain accurate tracking of model fees, contracts, usage rights, territories, and expiration dates.

• Proactively flag usage expirations, renewals, and contractual considerations.

• Coordinate model logistics for castings, fittings, shoots, travel, and schedules.

• Support rate and usage discussions within agreed parameters.

• Manage purchase orders, invoices, and model-related financial administration.

• Build strong relationships with model agencies and maintain knowledge of established and emerging talent.

• Partner with Casting, Creative, Production, Legal, and Finance to ensure smooth delivery of model bookings.

The Ideal Candidate

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in model casting, booking, talent management, fashion production, or an agency environment.

• Good understanding of model booking processes, agency relationships, rates, contracts, and usage rights.

• Strong knowledge and interest in fashion, models, and the wider creative landscape.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.

• Confident communicating and building relationships with agencies and internal stakeholders.

• Proactive and comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day booking activities.

• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, international creative environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
