This is an office-first role. Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and team alignment, enabling us to deliver our best work. You will work primarily in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for 20% of your time (one day per week).

What you will do
- Define and evolve global end-user computing and workplace infrastructure architectures that align with business and enterprise technology strategies.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant technical solutions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, conduct proof-of-concepts, and recommend innovative workplace solutions.
- Lead the design and governance of workplace technology standards across global locations.
- Collaborate closely with IT Operations, IT Security, Infrastructure teams, service providers, and business stakeholders to ensure solution effectiveness.
- Drive the resolution of complex technical issues and provide expert-level support for critical workplace services.
- Oversee onsite Site IT Operations to ensure reliable service delivery, operational continuity, compliance, and alignment with global standards.
What we are looking for
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale end-user computing and workplace infrastructure solutions.
- Strong understanding of IT architecture principles, workplace technologies, IT security, governance, and service management practices.
- Ability to assess business needs and translate them into practical and sustainable technology solutions.
- Experience working in complex global environments with multiple stakeholders and service providers.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving capability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
