Ihre Aufgaben:

• Betreuung von Pilotierungs- und Produktionskampagnen sowie Sicherstellung des Anlagenbetriebs und der technischen Unterstützung, auch ausserhalb der regulären Arbeitszeiten im Rahmen des Pikettdienstes

• Erstellung, Pflege und Optimierung cGMP-konformer Dokumentationen wie SOPs, HSPs und Checklisten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit MSAT und den Betriebsbiotechnologen

• Sicherstellung, dass technische und betriebliche Anforderungen bereits in der Planungs- und Engineeringphase von Projekten berücksichtigt werden

• Koordination und Unterstützung von Engineering, Werkstatt und technischen Teams bei Investitionen, Anlagenvorbereitungen und technischen Verbesserungen

• Überwachung der Produktionsaktivitäten, Sicherstellung der Einhaltung geplanter Arbeiten sowie Einleitung von Korrekturmassnahmen bei Abweichungen

• Mitverantwortung für die technische Instruktion und Schulung von Mitarbeitenden sowie Unterstützung der Teams bei anlagetechnischen Fragestellungen

• Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Anlagen, Prozessen und Arbeitsabläufen nach Lean-, Kaizen- und 6S-Prinzipien unter Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Umweltstandards

Was wir suchen:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemie- und Pharmatechnologe/in, Chemie- und Biologielaborant/in oder Hochschulabschluss auf Bachelor- oder Masterstufe in Biotechnologie, Pharmazeutischen Wissenschaften oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet.

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einem GMP-regulierten Produktionsumfeld oder in einer vergleichbaren pharmazeutischen beziehungsweise biotechnologischen Funktion.

• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Prozessanlagen und Automatisierungssystemen, insbesondere DeltaV/MES.

• Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis sowie die Fähigkeit, technische Herausforderungen strukturiert und lösungsorientiert anzugehen.

• Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Pflege GMP-relevanter Dokumentationen sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams.

• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.

• Engagement für kontinuierliche Verbesserung sowie ein hohes Bewusstsein für Qualität, Sicherheit, Hygiene und Umweltstandards.

What you will do:

• Support piloting and production campaigns and ensure plant operation and technical support, including outside regular working hours as part of the on-call service.

• Create, maintain and optimize cGMP-compliant documentation such as SOPs, HSPs and checklists in close collaboration with MSAT and operational biotechnologists

• Ensure that technical and operational requirements are considered early in the planning and engineering phases of projects

• Coordinate and support engineering, workshop and technical teams during investments, plant preparation activities and technical improvement initiatives

• Monitor production activities, ensure adherence to planned work and initiate corrective actions in the event of deviations

• Contribute to the technical instruction and training of employees and support teams with plant-related technical questions

• Continuously improve equipment, processes and workflows according to Lean, Kaizen and 6S principles while complying with safety, quality, hygiene and environmental standards

What we are looking for:

• Completed vocational training as a chemical and pharmaceutical technologist, chemical or biological laboratory technician, or a university degree at bachelor's or master's level in biotechnology, pharmaceutical sciences or a related field

• Several years of experience in a GMP-regulated production environment or in a comparable pharmaceutical or biotechnological function

• Sound knowledge of process equipment and automation systems, in particular DeltaV/MES

• Strong technical understanding and the ability to approach technical challenges in a structured and solution-oriented manner

• Experience in creating and maintaining GMP-relevant documentation and working with cross-functional teams

• Very good written and spoken German skills; English skills are desirable

• Commitment to continuous improvement and a strong awareness of quality, safety, hygiene and environmental standards
