Behind many of life’s most important transactions — buying a house, applying for a mortgage, getting a small business loan, or refinancing a credit card — is a network of credit relationships. We are looking for a Software Engineer (Implementations) to join our team!

What you’ll do
- Own customer onboarding: We understand customer needs and own the technical onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they're accurately integrated into our system.
- Process improvement: Develop best practices and continuously identify areas of the onboarding process that can be improved to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Project management: Coordinate and manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Work with a modern tech stack: We use Python/Flask, NextJS/React and Tailwind CSS.
You should have
- 3+ years of experience as a backend software engineer (Python experience preferred).
- Embraces rapid prototyping with a tight customer-feedback loop.
- Interest in taking ownership of major initiatives.
- Team player with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across multiple teams.
- Excited to learn and receive feedback from other team members.
