Our customers use the Meraki web dashboard and programmable APIs to supervise, configure, and automate critical IT infrastructure that serves tens of millions of people every single day!. The Mars team is responsible for bringing Meraki Dashboard features to the Cisco Catalyst family.

Your Impact

As part of the Team, you would define, develop, validate and automate the features that help the customer to manage their networks.

As a team member you will understand the functionality, how it can be presented to the customer in a meaningful and efficient manner and implement it.

As part of this, the engineer is encouraged to collaborate with various teams including PM, cross functional teams and TMEs.

Encouraged to build and implement the features defined on time with quality.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or Master’s degree with proven experience
• 10 to 12 years of total experience in software engineering with proficiency in either one of Python, Ruby on rails, or Go
• Hands-on experience working within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience leading a small team of engineers and getting projects completed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience mentoring and guiding team members on code quality and system design
• Exposure to using LLMs and AI agents for coding
• Experience with Containerization and devops techniques to deploy the solutions to Kubernetes/Cloud
• Proven track record of developing cloud based networking solutions
• Proven track record of building quality code while serving customer needs
