Summary:
As a Software Development Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various application components to understand their structure and functionality. The role includes designing solutions that meet client requirements, writing and testing code to ensure quality and performance, and maintaining existing software to enhance its capabilities. Collaboration with different teams to integrate components and address issues is a key part of the daily routine, along with continuous evaluation of software to support multiple clients effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and improve team performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software development processes and outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices in coding and testing.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex application issues.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software components.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and working with multiple client environments.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
