The Opportunity:
As a CACI SOF Threat Analyst, you will serve as a key member of a threat analyses and strategic planning team supporting Task Force 40-25 and in direct support of US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC), the Theater Special Operations Commands, SOCOM, and other Strategic Partners across the Special Operations Forces Emerging Threats, Operations and Planning Support (SOFETOPS) enterprise. You will provide intelligence support to targeting and planning and policy development for complex projects, for an Irregular Warfare Task Force. Deliver all-source intelligence analysis, target development, and assessments in support of readiness, operational planning, operations, and innovation initiatives. You will provide all-source research, analysis, reporting, processes, and databases to analyze large amounts of data; provide/present intelligence products at the operational and strategic level for senior leaders. Products include but are not limited to: CT and regional analysis, GEOINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT/PAI, joint intelligence reports, papers, briefings, reviews, and political-military analyses. The SOF Threat Analyst shall interface with other intelligence organizations to create assessments supporting targeting efforts, and threat analysis. Through all-source analysis, you will contribute to developing new solutions, processes, and standards while communicating with parties external to your organization, the interagency, and its community of interest (COI). You will be responsible for providing accurate, relevant, and timely all-source analysis, target development, assessments, and coordination, and integration of all pertinent input and data from analysts supporting the project. Develop detailed threat analysis and assessments against a range of national and global threats to identify risks, gap, and vulnerabilities and recommend countermeasures. Provides consistent real-time updates of current analyses and assessments to existing Intel databases. Leverages and delivers the tools, expert analysis, and tradecraft required to provide timely, relevant, and understandable intelligence material to inform decision-makers and influence outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as embedded SOF Threat Analyst.
- Experience in multi-domain intelligence, liaising on behalf of USASOC to support USASOC and USSOCOM strategic objectives.
- Execute detailed threat analysis, target development, and assessments to identify national and global risks, gaps, and vulnerabilities; recommend countermeasures and support the joint intelligence preparation of the operating environment (IPOE).
- Conduct all-source intelligence research and information validation; maintain expert knowledge of Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs) and standing collection requirements to support the refinement of collection efforts.
- Research, draft, and deliver timely, actionable intelligence products including subject matter briefs, intelligence notes, threat modules, threat briefings, and point papers—to inform decisionmakers and influence outcomes.
- Provide intelligence analysis and analytical products to support targeting efforts, threat assessments, and joint intelligence preparation of the operating environment in support of USASOC, and USSOCOM objectives.
- Coordinate and collaborate on intelligence products across the Department of War (DoW), the Intelligence Community (IC), and the broader Special Operations Forces (SOF) Enterprise.
- Maintain and provide real-time updates to operational intelligence databases, leveraging and coordinating with specialized, on-call Threat Analysis Teams (GEOINT, OSINT, MASINT, HUMINT, Sub-T, dense urban, Insider Threat, C-UAS) and Modernization & Innovation SMEs.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
- A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience, an associate degree and 7+ years of experience, or 9+ years of relevant work experience.
- A minimum of three years’ experience in operations coordination roles of responsibility within an O-5 or above tactical, operational, or strategic-level command or while supporting a similar size and scope of a DoW contract.
- Demonstrated experience conducting all-source research and analysis to develop tailored intelligence products.
- Proficiency in analyzing adversary networks and operating patterns, including associative targeting of individuals, cells, network command and control (C2), and logistics.
- Advanced proficiency in utilizing Intelligence Community (IC) tools, conducting network analysis, and operating managed attribution accounts.
- Working knowledge of the tools, methods, and concepts of portals and other real-time or near-real-time knowledge management systems.
- More than five years coordinating MULTI-INT support to network analysis in support of attack the network or CT operations - including counter-facilitation.
- Demonstrated operational and functional understanding of intelligence analysis tools, including MIDB, M3, Lucky, FADE/MIST, TAC, NCTC Online, TIDE, TargetCOP, and various OSINT platforms.
- Proven proficiency with analytical and targeting platforms, specifically: Proton, Analyst Notebook, DataXplorer, Google Earth, CZTK, Rockstar, Mosaic, Maven Smart Systems/Palantir, and Graph Databases.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to perform effective liaison duties.
- Strong attention to detail and rigorous analytical standard including working understanding of ICD 203 and ICD 206.

Desired:
- Experience supporting USASOC or Joint SOF organizations in a deployed environment.
- Graduate of an Intelligence Support to Targeting Course, SOF Targeting Course, and/or All-Source Intelligence Analyst Course.
- Previous experience conducting facility and network characterization using various intelligence sources.
- Experience conducting collaboration in intelligence analysis with external DoD, IC, or IA organizations.
- Must work independently with limited government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$78,000 - $163,800
