Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult’s Social Worker to join its client’s Community team, based in Sheffield.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Managing a caseload of adults and families within the Communities Team, completing strengths-based assessments, support planning, and reviews to promote independence and wellbeing.
- Working in partnership with health professionals, voluntary organisations, and other agencies to coordinate care and ensure individuals receive appropriate support and safeguarding interventions.
- Undertaking Mental Capacity Act assessments, safeguarding enquiries, and risk assessments while maintaining accurate case records and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and council policies.

Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have;
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
