Social Media Specialist (OTT Platform)

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing engaging content across the OTT platform’s social media channels, with the aim of strengthening brand awareness, increasing audience engagement, and supporting content promotion strategies. The role combines creativity, trend awareness, analytics, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure a dynamic digital presence aligned with the platform’s identity and programming.

Job Description 

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.)
• Develop creative copy and adapt tone of voice according to each platform and campaign objective
• Support the promotion of series, movies, original productions, and entertainment content through social-first concepts and campaigns
• Attend shootings, premieres, events, interviews, and productions to create real-time social media content and behind-the-scenes assets
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, creative, and production teams for campaign execution
• Monitor social media trends, viral content, audience behavior, and platform updates to identify new engagement opportunities
• Analyze engagement, reach, and performance metrics, providing reports and actionable insights
• Assist in community management by monitoring comments, messages, and audience interaction
• Coordinate with external creators, influencers, and partners when required
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital communication and social content

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, digital content creation, or similar roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
• Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools
• Creative mindset with strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Passion for entertainment, streaming platforms, TV series, movies, and pop culture
• Familiarity with content trends across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms
• Basic knowledge of photo/video editing tools is considered a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital collaboration tools
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced media environment
• High ethical standards, fitting with the Values of Antenna Group
