About the Role
We are a fast-paced social media and digital marketing agency seeking a proactive, highly autonomous Social Media / Digital Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will take full ownership of client digital strategies ranging from multi-platform paid ads (Google, Meta, TikTok) and SEM to website management and video content creation.

Key Responsibilities & Job Scope

1. Paid Ads Management & SEM Strategy
* Strategy, setup, optimization, and scaling of multi-channel paid ad campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, and Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max).
* Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience targeting to lower CAC and maximize ROAS.
* Manage Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns, including high-intent keyword research, negative keyword management, bid strategies, and quality score optimizations.
* Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (CPA, CTR, CPM, ROAS) using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and native platform dashboards to provide actionable client recommendations.

2. Website Design, Landing Pages & Management
* Design, build, and maintain high-converting landing pages and business websites using modern CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Elementor, Webflow, or Shopify).
* Ensure basic on-page SEO, mobile responsiveness, fast loading speed, and proper conversion tracking setup (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel).
* Oversee site updates, plugin maintenance, UX/UI improvements, and troubleshooting.

3. On-Camera Content Creation & Social Presence
* Serve as an active on-camera presenter for internal agency content and selected client video assets (TikToks, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, ad hooks).
* Collaborate on short-form video concepts, scripted hooks, and trending content ideas to drive engagement and organic/paid viral growth.

4. Client Communication & Account Ownership
* Act as a direct point of contact for clients regarding performance updates, digital strategy alignment, and campaign insights.
* Translate complex data into clear, concise performance summaries during client check-ins and monthly reporting meetings.

Requirements & Qualifications
* Proven Agency Experience: Minimum 3–5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience within an agency setting.
* Technical Mastery: Deep hands-on experience with Google Ads (SEM), Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
* Web & UX Skills: Demonstrated experience in building/managing websites, landing page creation, and basic on-page SEO.
* On-Camera Confidence: Enthusiastic and comfortable speaking on video for short-form content and ads.
* High Autonomy: Strong self-management skills who is able to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and troubleshoot problems independently.
* Communication & Presence: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong client-facing confidence.
