Über diese Social Media Creative Stelle bei FLORA
Painters never decided to paint because the paintbrush company told them to. They decided to paint because they saw a Matisse. That's the thesis of this role. Creatives adopt a tool because they saw someone whose taste they respect make something they couldn't stop thinking about, and then went looking for how it was made. Our job, across all media but especially social, is to make more of those moments, more often, in more places.
This is a culture role before it's a marketing role. You already live inside the creative internet. You know who sets the aesthetic bar in motion, in brand, in image-making, in creative technology, and you know what kind of content makes people feel something. You'll produce most of what we post yourself, and build the system that gets our founder, our team, and our best users posting too. You'll report to the VP of Marketing and work closely with Creative, Product Marketing, and, above all else, our founder and CEO.
What you'll do
Day-to-day management of every channel: publishing, community, comments, DMs
All social content creation, generation, editing, and posting across Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube, with support from the broader Creative team
Writing your own captions and hooks, in a voice that's recognizably FLORA and not generic AI-tool posting
Knowing which moments deserve a produced piece and which need a fast one. Most should be fast
Finding and building real relationships with practitioners whose endorsement carries weight, and telling them apart from people who'll post for anyone who pays
Developing FLORA's world on social over time: a visual and verbal register people recognize before they see the handle
Knowing the mechanics cold. First-hour velocity, what drives reposts, when to boost, what each platform actually rewards this month
What you’ll bring
Genuine culture literacy which means you can name who's doing the most interesting work across creative disciplines right now, and what’s over
Real platform fluency, not general social experience. You know what's native to Instagram versus X versus LinkedIn and you build differently for each
Hands-on production ability across the whole stack, with the ability to move fast without a designer
A community mindset rather than a follower count mindset
