As a Snowflake, Azure/AWS Architect - Senior Manager, you will lead the design and implementation of advanced data solutions within our Data and Analytics Engineering group. This role involves working closely with clients to transform their data landscapes using cutting-edge cloud technologies. Within our Data Modernisation practice, you will leverage your skills to drive impactful data strategies and solutions that align with client needs.

As a Senior Manager, you will guide large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a strategic level. You will apply your skills to deliver quality results and provide strategic input into the firm's business strategies. Your role will involve motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will have the opportunity to work within the Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics network, focusing on data modernization initiatives. You will be instrumental in crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, while developing high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams. Responsibilities

- Leading the design and implementation of scalable data architectures using Snowflake and Azure/AWS platforms
- Developing and optimizing data pipelines and workflows with Apache Airflow and Azure Data Factory
- Managing data integration and transformation processes to support data modernization initiatives
- Overseeing the deployment and maintenance of data warehouses, confirming data quality and security
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business objectives
- Utilizing advanced data modeling techniques to enhance data infrastructure and analytics capabilities
- Implementing database optimization and performance tuning strategies for efficient data retrieval
- Coaching and mentoring teams to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation in data engineering
- Validating data solutions to meet client requirements and industry standards
- Engaging with stakeholders to provide strategic insights and drive data-driven decision-making

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 12 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics
- Demonstrating proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse and Azure/AWS platforms
