As a Full-time Sales Associate, KeyHolder (5 Months Fixed- Term Contract) you’ll be the face of our brand—creating an exceptional in‑store experience, connecting authentically with customers, and sharing your knowledge of Merino wool, outdoor activities, and our sustainability‑driven mission.

• Deliver warm, engaging customer service

• Support daily store operations and visual standards

• Share product knowledge and help customers find the right gear

• Work collaboratively with your team to prioritize customer experience
