Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
- Work model: onsite
- Strategic investment projects with real impact on the future of manufacturing
- Combination of technology, organisation, communication and leadership
- Room for autonomy but also a strong background within the process engineering team
Qualifications for the Role
- Experience in managing complex projects in manufacturing, automation or technical environments
- Ability to independently manage a project from A to Z
- Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills
- Systemic and analytical thinking, common sense
- Czech language
- English language (for project communication)
- Advantage: knowledge of manufacturing systems, Lean, Six Sigma, agile management
