Site Prep Associate
The Site Prep Associate plays a critical role in preparing home sites for the successful delivery and installation of manufactured homes. This position is responsible for site evaluations, finalizing home placement details, ensuring site accessibility, assessing drainage conditions, and performing light grading and site preparation activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct site visits and assessments to verify home placement and setup requirements.
Perform light grading, site leveling, and drainage improvements as needed.
Operate equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, and other site preparation machinery.
Evaluate site access routes for delivery and installation equipment.
Identify and address grading, drainage, and site preparation concerns before home delivery.
Document site conditions and communicate recommendations to project teams.
Follow all safety policies and equipment operating procedures.
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years or older and have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record to be authorized to drive company vehicles.
Experience operating construction, grading, or site preparation equipment preferred.
Knowledge of basic grading, drainage, and excavation practices.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and site conditions.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
When You’ll Be Doing It:
Full-time, Monday through Friday
Pay:
$18.00/hr+ based on experience
