The primary responsibilities for the management of all soft facility services in Fuji site including client relationship, staff management, financial performance, operational performance and compliance.

·       協力業者のパフォーマンス管理と向上支援

·       他拠点や本社との円滑なコミュニケーション

·       KPI指標を活用した業務パフォーマンスの管理

·       チームメンバーと協力してコスト削減目標の達成

·       契約管理と最適化

クライアントリレーションシップ

·       KPI指標を用いた月次業務レビュー会議の実施

·       臨時業務会議のファシリテーション

·       事業継続計画（BCP）の遵守と更新

·       年間財務予算の計画策定と進捗管理

·       改善計画とベストプラクティスの提案によるクライアント満足度向上

オペレーション

·       製薬業界特有のGxP要件を踏まえたソフトサービス管理

·       チームメンバーと協力業者と協働し安定したサービス提供の実現

·       新規サービス導入時の移行、安定化、標準化の推進

·       請求書の事前承認取得と関係者との適切なコミュニケーション

安全衛生管理

·       安全な作業環境提供のための安全手順の実施と管理

·       防火、健康、安全基準に関する法定規制の遵守確保

リスク管理

·       リスク管理プログラムの実施と管理サポート

·       災害復旧と事業継続計画の実施と監視の支援

·       確立されたエスカレーション手順とインシデント報告手順の遵守

·       JLLのビジネス行動指針への準拠

·       KPIとSLA目標の達成
