Über diese Single Event Operations Specialist Stelle bei ZipLiens
Zipliens is a leading lien resolution company that specializes in streamlining the lien process for personal injury law firms. We are looking for proactive, results-driven individuals to join our dynamic team.
We are improving how we handle Single Event lien resolution, building better tools and reporting as we grow.
In this role, you’ll support the Sr. Director of Single Event in that effort. You’ll help review and update how we process work through our portal, document workflow changes and share needs with our Product and Development teams, and keep our data clean and accurate. You’ll also help track team metrics and maintain and improve the reports the team relies on, including lienholder and agency reporting.
This role is a good fit for someone who understands how single event lien resolution operations work day-to-day, likes bringing order to processes and data, and is comfortable working with both operations and technical teams.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Workflows & Process Improvement
- Work with the Sr. Director of Single Event to review current workflows in the portal, identify steps to cut, combine, or add, and help document the updated workflows as clear, written needs Product and Development can build from.
- Help build lienholder-specific workflows in coordination with our Agency Management team.
- Support workflow updates as new tools from R&D are introduced.
- Share workflow needs with Development, and support testing by gathering feedback and passing it along.
- Use data to spot bottlenecks, repeated manual steps, and technical issues across the lien resolution process, and bring recommendations to the Sr. Director.
Data Quality
- Clean up and maintain customer, client, and metric data on an ongoing basis, including lienholder and agency contact data. Find and fix gaps, duplicates, and errors.
- Flag recurring data issues to Development, along with what’s needed to prevent them (e.g., new fields or validation).
Reporting & Metrics
- Help define the team’s core KPIs with the Sr. Director (e.g., lien reductions, time to resolution, recovery ratios), and track starting performance so future changes can be measured.
- Assess what reporting is available today, identify gaps, and work with Development and Data Engineering to build the reports and dashboards the team needs.
- Pull, maintain, and refine recurring reports, including lienholder and agency reporting that supports the Agency Manager.
- Work with Lien Resolution Operations and Customer Success so reporting supports customer needs and broader operational goals.
- Track whether workflow and process changes improve results, and over time help track performance against KPIs across the Single Event team.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in an operations, data, reporting, or process improvement role.
- Working knowledge of lien resolution, personal injury, healthcare claims, or medical billing workflows.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, cleaning and combining data).
- Experience documenting workflows or processes and explaining operational needs to technical teams.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with messy, incomplete, or inconsistent data.
- Clear written and verbal communication, including explaining data and process issues to non-technical and technical audiences.
- Organized and self-directed. Comfortable on a new team where processes are still being defined.
- Experience handling sensitive or confidential information, including PHI.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Preferred
- Experience with Tableau or similar reporting tools.
- Experience working with developers or product teams on system changes.
