Main Responsibilities

1. Ensure the enhancement and development of the Group’s financial systems are implemented accurately and in a timely manner.
2. Ensure the consolidation of the Group’s financial statements and reconciliation of intercompany balances are properly executed.
3. Conduct financial reviews across all subsidiaries/entities within the Group.
4. Ensure timely submission of financial statements to the IDX/OJK in compliance with applicable regulations.
5. Manage and oversee the Group’s accounting policies and financial policies.
6. Supervise tax processes and ensure compliance with tax reporting requirements.
7. Lead the coaching, development, and succession planning of team members.

General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting.

• Minimum 10 years of professional working experience, at least 5 years in finance/accounting functions and/or financial consolidation; and/or, at least 7 years in managerial-level positions.

• Previous experience working at a Big Four public accounting firm is highly preferred.
