JOB PURPOSE

This role exists to ensure operational excellence in the delivery of Shopper Marketing, POSM and repacking initiatives across all sales channels, driving high-quality execution, cost efficiency, and innovative solutions that enhance brand visibility and shopper experience. You will play a key role in turning commercial plans into impactful in-store activation while maintaining alignment with business priorities and timelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of POSM and Shopper Marketing projects across all channels
• Ensure timely delivery and deployment of POSM materials in line with activation calendars and commercial priorities
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Shopper Marketing, Marketing, Supply Chain) as well as external agencies and suppliers
• Oversee the development of graphics and production materials tailored to specific customer and channel requirements
• Monitor project progress, proactively manage risks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• Manage and maintain accurate project documentation and tools supporting project execution
• Coordinate repacking projects, ensuring compliance with design guidelines, client requirements, and operational processes
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and cost efficiency, identifying opportunities for optimization without compromising quality
• Support cross-channel activation planning and execution, ensuring consistency of communication and shopper experience across touchpoints
• Identify market trends and propose innovative solutions in POSM, materials, and shopper activation, including sustainability-focused initiatives

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 1 year in Shopper Marketing, Trade Marketing, POSM, sales activation, or project management
• Fluent Polish and good command of English language (B2+) for working in an international environment
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in budget management, cost control, and working with external vendors and agencies
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Solid knowledge of production and logistics processes related to POS materials and repacking
• University degree (preferred fields: Marketing, Management, Economics, Logistics, or related disciplines)

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration within fast-paced, matrix organizations.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a focus on continuous process improvement.
• Interest in sustainability-driven solutions (e.g., reducing plastic usage, eco-friendly POSM materials)
