Job Description

Shared Services:  Our vision is to be a central business partner within Axis, executing processes and delivering services related to transactional activities that allow departments to focus on their core competencies. We also aim to standardize and improve processes and implement best practices.  As part of this team, you will work on a variety of tasks from various departments within Axis.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily on a wide variety of transactional tasks within the team

For example: Loan Program Administration, Credits to Distributors, Cash Receipts, Accounts Payable Entry, Reporting, etc.

• Provide Customer Service to Internal Customers related to tasks on team
• Work on area of specialty within the team each day, with ability to move to another area as needed.
• Develop and maintain SOP’s related to all areas.
• Perform necessary actions for managing and handling requests and concerns.
• Where needed, identifies and promotes suggestions to improve processes/quality of service.

Essential Skills

• Proficient in computer skills, including intermediate/advanced MS Excel & MS Outlook skills.
• Strong time management skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task efficiently.
• Resourceful, reliable and responsible.
• Independent drive focus.
• Team player with a professional and pleasant disposition.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Previous experience in an office setting preferred.

Pay range:

The approximate pay range for this location and position is $28-30/hourly. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as physical work location.
