We are seeking a new talent to join our Center of Excellence where you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our team of 350 global resources. We have partnered on this initiative with a client specializing in the development and manufacturing of medical devices and technologies aimed at improving patient outcomes worldwide for over 8 years and we keep growing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain ServiceMax solutions to support field service operations.
• Build and manage SFM processes, SFM Wizards, and ServiceMax Go App.
• Work on Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) for enhancements and fixes.
• Manage Code Snippets to support business logic.
• Own production support, debug, troubleshoot, and resolve platform issues promptly to minimize business impact.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on deployments, testing, and post-release stability.

This is a hybrid role and will require three days per week in the office. Hiring locations: Chesterbrook & Orlando

What you need:

• Minimum of 2 yeas of hands-on experience with SFM, SFM Wizards, ServiceMax Go App, and Code Snippets including strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in Apex, Triggers, LWC & SFMs
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Anypoint Platform MuleSoft Development (Hands-On)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

• Proven ability to handle production incidents calmly and efficiently under pressure
• Sharp analytical skills with a strong root cause analysis mindset Excellent communicator who works well with both technical and business teams
• Reliable and self-driven in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I Good to Have ServiceMax Core Certified Administrator

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
