The Service Support Administrator Role

This role will support the Service Centre Manager and Team Leaders to ensure the smooth running of the branch operations. Key responsibilities include: 

• Planning daily service routes.
• Controlling and managing service documentation.
• Ensuring service routes are completed as required.
• High-volume data entry using our in-house systems.
• Dealing with customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Producing monthly and quarterly management data.

Requirements

• Previous administrative experience with good IT skills would be preferred.
• Proficient user of Google Sheets and Google Docs.
• Good attention to detail as you must work with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to work using your initiative and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in a transport or logistic environment would be advantageous but not essential.
• You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for.
