KONE has an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Service Operations Manager to join our Senior leadership team in Adelaide, South Australia. In this role, you will lead, coach, and develop a team to achieve service operations targets and business objectives while ensuring a customer-centric culture and a strong service mindset.

What will you be doing?

• Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with KONE's safety standards, procedures and requirements.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in the region.
• Lead, coach and develop your team to achieve business objectives and regional performance targets.
• Develop and execute business plans, including budgeting, forecasting and financial performance management.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives across operational processes.
• Monitoring sales results in the region.
• Secure and extend existing maintenance portfolio and profitability of KONE.
• Ensure customer satisfaction in the region by keeping customers updated regarding up-coming maintenance schedules.
• Responsible for installation to maintenance handover process.
• Participate in service management meetings at a national level.

Are you the one?

• 5+ years’ experience running a service operations team.
• Bachelor’s degree or a strong Electrical/ Mechanical background desired.
• Strong business acumen - understanding of the market and customer needs.
• Confident reporting, forecasting, pricing and making commercial decisions.
• Excellent Customer Relationship management skills
