Are you a customer-focused Service Advisor who builds trust, clearly explains recommendations, and consistently turns inspections into approved work? Brickell Buick GMC, part of the Murgado Automotive Group, is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our busy service team in the heart of Miami’s Brickell area.

This is more than a “write-up” role. You’ll be the primary point of contact for our customers, guiding them through every step of the service experience while helping drive department performance in a high-volume GM dealership.

What you’ll do

• Greet customers and create a welcoming first impression
• Listen carefully, accurately document concerns, and coordinate with technicians
• Present findings and recommendations in clear, customer-friendly language
• Generate estimates, secure authorizations, and keep customers updated throughout the process
• Manage appointments, follow up on declined work, and deliver vehicles with a polished hand-off
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to strong CSI scores

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer (dealership experience preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills — you explain technical issues simply and build trust
• Comfort presenting and closing on recommended services and repairs
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple repair orders
• Solid computer and DMS/service software skills
• Valid driver’s license and professional appearance
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus in our Miami market
