Position Overview:

Job Description:

This is a varied role where you'll work closely with customers, engineers and colleagues across the business to help coordinate service activities, manage administration processes and keep vital records up to date. You'll play an important part in delivering a great customer experience while ensuring service jobs progress efficiently from start to finish. Full training will be provided on our systems and processes

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule routine service visits and agree service dates directly with customers.

• Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries, providing professional and timely support

• Create and maintain service jobs, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.

• Raise purchase orders, process paperwork and support invoicing activities.

• Order and allocate parts to service jobs, resolving any administration issues that arise

• Review engineer reports, record hours and mileage, and follow up on missing information

• Prepare warranty claim documentation and maintain accurate supporting records.

• Work closely with engineers, planners and internal teams to help deliver an excellent service to customers.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in an administration, customer service or service support role.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

• Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

• Proactive approach with the confidence to follow up on outstanding actions and information.

• Customer-focused team player who enjoys building positive working relationships.

• Experience within engineering, automotive, service, parts or warranty environments would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
