Essential Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests with warmth and professionalism.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

• Explain menu offerings and provide thoughtful recommendations.

• Serve food and beverages in a timely and organized manner.

• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service throughout the meal.

• Maintain guest satisfaction through attentive follow-up and prompt response to requests.

• Collaborate with culinary and support teams to ensure accurate and timely service.

• Process guest payments accurately and responsibly.

• Set, clear, and reset tables according to fine dining standards.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.

• Previous full-service restaurant experience required.

• Fine dining experience preferred.

• Strong guest service and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
