We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager (Meta Ads) to take full ownership of the Meta Ads direction on our web-based social networking platform, built for people seeking real connections across Tier-1 markets. This is a channel already spending $300K+ a month, and the mission is bold: scale it to $1M+ within a year while protecting ROAS. You will own strategy, budget, and structure end-to-end, without micromanagement, backed by dedicated MarTech, Marketing Analytics, and Creative teams so you can focus on strategy instead of technical routine. Our platform runs on a credit-based transactional model rather than a subscription one, which means repeat purchases, high LTV, and a deeper funnel to master, a genuinely different math for anyone used to standard subscription funnels. If you build fast, think in numbers, and want a clear path to Lead within 6 to 12 months, this channel is yours to grow.
In this role, you will
Own the Meta Ads direction end-to-end: strategy, budget, campaign structure, and results
Plan, launch, and scale campaigns within ROAS, Spend, and CAC targets
Partner with the Creative team on hypotheses, briefs, and creative performance analysis
Run systematic A/B tests across creatives, audiences, landing pages, funnels, and bidding strategies
Analyze campaign results and shape requests to the Marketing Analytics team for deeper insights
Automate routine buying processes using auto-rules, scripts, and AI tools
Test and scale adjacent channels, such as Snapchat Ads and TikTok Ads, as part of a multi-channel strategy
Present strategy, results, and plans at internal checkpoints and product-marketing meetings
It's all about you
It's all about you
4+ years of experience in performance marketing or User Acquisition
Deep hands-on experience with Meta Ads, from strategy to daily optimization
Proven track record managing budgets of $300K+ per month
Practical experience with Snapchat Ads or TikTok Ads
Experience with web2web funnels: landing pages, prelanders, web attribution
Strong data-driven mindset: fluent with CPM, CTR, CPA, CAC, ROAS, ROMI, LTV, and retention, and how they connect to financial results
Confident working with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio
Experience automating buying processes through auto-rules, scripts, or custom tools
A track record of scaling campaigns without losing efficiency
Understanding of Tier-1 markets (US, CA, UK) and highly competitive niches
Upper-Intermediate English or higher
Active use of AI tools in daily work, with the ability to write clear prompts and critically evaluate results, applying AI to at least two areas: data analysis and insight generation, creative hypothesis generation and copywriting, or automation of routine tasks
Would be a plus
Experience in the social discovery niche
Experience with transactional or credit-based monetization models
Experience mentoring or building a team from scratch
