As a Senior Treasury Analyst, you are a strategic financial professional who plays a critical role in managing liquidity, funding operations, and financial partnerships for our organization. You bring expertise in debt management, cash flow analysis, and stakeholder relationship building to support our treasury function. Your analytical skills and deep understanding of funding markets enable you to identify opportunities for cost optimization and risk mitigation. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and external partners to ensure financial stability and compliance. Your contributions directly impact our ability to fund growth and deliver value to our stakeholders.
About the Role
Assist in the issuance, negotiation and maintenance of funding facilities including securitized warehouse , MSR and servicing advance facilities, revolving credit facilities corporate bonds and inter-company lines of credit
Assist in the management and monitoring of the company's liquidity position, ensuring adequate cash to meet operational needs and maintain compliance with debt covenants
Engage in ongoing dialogue with banks, rating agencies and other financial partners
Conduct in-depth analysis on various items, such as competitive benchmarking and counterparty risk assessments, to support the development of funding and risk mitigation strategies
Maintain awareness of current financial markets, regulatory requirements and industry trends
Support the team on ad hoc projects and overall Treasury deliverables
About You
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
5+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or capital markets
Strong proficiency with financial modeling and Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to internal and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Previous Mortgage industry experience.
CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) or similar treasury certification
Experience with debt issuance, securitization, or structured finance
Familiarity with treasury management systems and financial data platforms
Experience working in a publicly traded company or financial services environment
