Role:

Our Transaction Management team helps clients strategize, evaluate and execute real estate transactions to meet their business and occupancy needs.

Responsibilities:

• Act as point of contact for the Client's Real Estate team and internal stakeholders across assigned regions.
• Independently manage international real estate transactions with a high level of complexity and dependencies.
• Support the development and execution of portfolio strategies within the required region in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Coordinate, execute, and monitor all steps surrounding a transaction (completion of project initiation forms, delivery of market surveys, site tours, RFI/RFPs, LOIs, building evaluation matrices, lease execution, and transaction closeout).
• Conduct negotiations (either as primary negotiator or in support of local brokers) in accordance with a clearly defined negotiation strategy.
• Proactively manage lease events (breaks, renewals, and expiries) and provide recommendations to optimize portfolio performance.
• Prepare, review, analyze, and interpret financial analysis templates including cash flow projections, NPV, IRR, and P&L to determine the financial impact of transaction scenarios.
• Manage client communication independently and collaborate with global leadership on transaction updates and strategic initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing across the transaction management function.

Requirements:

• 5-7+ years of corporate real estate experience in managing transactions and/or strategy (4-5+ years for Transaction Manager level).
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-site transactions with measurable results.
• Strong written and spoken English (Polish or additional European languages are a plus).
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel, financial analysis tools).
• Good presentation and reporting skills (PowerPoint, or similar platforms).
• A person with a "can-do" approach, strategic thinking, and a creative mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage effectively with mid-to-senior level stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
• High level of personal credibility, customer relationship management, networking, and interpersonal skills.
