Location - Gurgaon (On-site)

We are looking for a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer who have experience in Capital Market / Investment Banking Domain and is passionate about quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross‑functional teams, ensure high‑quality releases, drive UAT, and contribute to strengthening QA practices within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with Project Managers, Developers, Testers, and Business Owners to resolve issues and clarify requirements.
• Understand detailed system functionality and testability for assigned modules/products.
• Continuously analyse and improve the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Review test scenarios, support functional delivery, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ensure production releases meet business and client expectations around usability and functionality.
• Implement the QA vision and quality strategy within the team.
• Participate actively in grooming, planning, and retrospective meetings to enforce QA best practices.
• Plan and execute quality assurance activities to ensure timely milestone delivery.
• Maintain, update, and hand over regression test suites to the RTE team.
• Continuously learn the product, platform, and domain.
• Work with business teams to understand and validate requirements, user stories, and processes.
• Track issues, manage cross‑team tasks, and ensure high‑quality delivery of all features.
• Ensure test coverage, traceability, and accurate reporting of test status.
• Diagnose and support quick resolution of live production incidents.

Your Profile

• Strong experience of Capital Market/Investment Banking Domain testing.
• Hands on experience in SQL Queries.
• Good knowledge of Trade Life Cycle.
• Strong experience in functional, regression testing and UAT.
• Experience range required as a functional tester 10 to 12 Yrs
• Ability to understand business processes and translate them into test scenarios.
• Excellent communication and cross‑team collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to diagnose production issues quickly.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, Swagger, etc.).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of TFS.
