JOB DESCRIPTION:
1.RESPONSIBILITIES (including main purpose of job):
- 通过TTT 认证，完成公司各项培训及考核目标。
- 根据区域FFR/OCT业务目标，制定所负责区域的业务发展计划，执行并反馈进展与结果。
- 培训客户进行FFR/OCT规范化应用,处理应用中的疑难问题。
- 关注FFR/OCT 技术、学术热点。帮助区域重点客户完成自身优势与学术热点的链接整合，在过程中提供技术支持和跟进。
- 协助区域销售同事和区域市场推广经理开展相应OCT/FFR的市场推广活动。
- 培训区域中冠脉销售团队同事，使其具备基本FFR/OCT 具备技术能力及学术知识。
2.PERSONNEL REQUIREMENTS (including skills and experience):
- 本科或以上学历，2年或以上相关工作经验
- 有临床、护理或医学影像/生物医学工程 专业背景 优先
- 强学习能力及执行力。
- 良好英文水平。
- 良好的沟通技巧和演讲水平。
- 胜任较高频率出差和短期异地工作
- 诚信、勤奋，有责任心，有创造力，
- 良好的团队管理能力和工作抗压能力。
