Tasks and Qualifications:

Your Responsibility:

• Preparing monthly tax calculations and supervising annual CIT returns

• Supervising current and deferred tax as part of the Group consolidation processes

• Coordinating global projects like Pillar 2 regulations for Polish entities

• Analyzing and qualifying transactions from a tax perspective, in particular in the areas of CIT, VAT and WHT

• Coordinating the preparation of transfer pricing documentation in cooperation with external advisors for Polish entities

• Reviewing and assessing business contracts from a tax perspective - identifying business and tax risks

• Monitoring changes in tax law and tax rulings on an ongoing basis, and assessing their impact on the Company’s operations

• Coordinating cooperation with external tax advisory firms

• Creating and updating internal tax procedures and controls

• Acting as key contact in internal and external audits

• Communicating with tax authorities

Your Skills and Expertise:

• You have at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role and in direct and polish taxes (must have)

• You have experience in accounting and tax reporting for companies, preferably in an international environment

• You have very good knowledge of MS Office

• You hold a university degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field

• You're able to work independently, analyze data and make decisions

• You communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders

• You're fluent both in English and Polish - must

Nice to have:

• Practical knowledge of Power BI reporting

• Familiar with SAP, especially the FI module

• Ability to design, implement and maintain internal controls in the tax area

• Proactive approach to process automation, continuous improvement and efficiency optimization
