As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner specializing in Contingent Workforce, you will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of external workforce management. You will be the strategic liaison between internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and external vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant hiring and onboarding of contingent talent. This role requires a strong understanding of talent mapping, workforce management, vendor governance, stakeholder engagement and operational excellence.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

a) Vendor Management

o   Build and maintain strong relationships with staffing agencies or third-party vendors.

o   Monitor vendor performance, ensure compliance with SLAs, and drive continuous improvement.

o   Lead vendor governance by establishing performance metrics, conducting regular reviews, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

o   Sourcing, evaluating and onboarding the new vendors when needed.

b)       Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Engagement

o   Partner with business leaders to understand contingent workforce needs and provide strategic hiring solutions.

o   Advise hiring managers on market trends, rate benchmarks, and sourcing strategies.

c)       Resource Allocation & Selection

o   Coordinate with business units to forecast contingent workforce needs and initiate appropriate selection process.

o   Ensure optimal allocation of resources based on project timelines and budget.

d)       Contractor Onboarding Coordination

o   Oversee onboarding processes for contractors, ensuring seamless experience and compliance with internal policies.

o   Collaborate with IT, HR, and Facilities to ensure readiness on Day 1.

e)       Contract Management

o   Partnering with procurement team to draft, review, and manage contracts and extensions for third party vendors.

o   Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with legal and procurement standards.

f)        Purchase Order, SOW & Payment Management

o   Manage the creation and tracking of Purchase Orders and Statements of Work (SOW).

o   Initiate monthly timesheet governance and payment process.

o   Partner with Finance and Procurement to ensure timely and accurate monthly payments.

g)       Rate Card Management

o   Maintain and update rate cards in alignment with market benchmarks and internal compensation guidelines.

o   Ensure consistency, fairness and efficiency in costing model of contingent workforce.

Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• From 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Consulting in a large-scale enterprise, multinational corporation, or leading recruitment agency.
• Proven track record of hiring technology talent, with a minimum of 1 year dedicated to recruiting for technology, digital, engineering, data, or cyber security functions.
• Strong ownership and the ability to work independently.
• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Vendors Management, preferably in a regional or global organization.
• Strong knowledge of vendor management, contract lifecycle, and procurement processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable working with senior stakeholders, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Proficiency in using VMS (Vendor Management Systems), and procurement tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
